Ahhh September, September…. As August ‘wines’ down, the busy summer season slows down, so many kidlings are back in school, and life carries on as it often does.

Our Lodge has kept super busy with our Summertime Gatherings, meeting for Sunday funday luncheons at various restaurants to keep in contact and see one another for a few hours each month.  Our August luncheon was held in Parkland with amazing culinary creations from Chef Luciano.  We had 38 attendees who thoroughly enjoyed the most exquisite meal, surrounded by laughter, hugs and smiles in the company of our famiglia!

Our Welcome Back Potluck and Business meeting is on Thursday, September 11th.  This will be a casual meeting and gathering, with members bringing their favourite appetizers or desserts (enough for about 20 people each!).  As this is our first meeting since our summer break, we cannot wait!  Register now! xoxo

As noted previously, in September, we will be introducing our newly revised bylaws for the membership to go over, to approve and vote in at our October meeting.  Keep checking your emails for more information!

Your Lodge leaders attended Conventions of the Grand Lodge of Florida, and a few Lodge members got to experience a few days at the National OSDIA(Supreme) 59th Biennial Convention in Orlando.  An eye-opening event showing all that OSDIA does and offers!!

Thinking forward, please know you are welcome on the board, whether as an elected position, or a committee chair or volunteer.  When you are ready, please reach out and let us know as we will have many things we may need you to do!  Again, I’ve had an amazing experience being part of this Lodge and would love for you to have the same.
