Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is indeed a pleasure to speak with you about the exciting activities that occurred at our Lodge during the month of March. Our celebration of the Feasts of St. Joseph and St. Patrick was a great success, with excellent background discussions given by Father Forno and Joan D’Amato. A first for our Lodge was the display of a St. Joseph’s table, complete with symbolic Christian symbols, cookies, candies, and bread. Three new members were installed during the general business meeting and Joan made an excellent presentation on Italian foods and products in commerce today. Our Agli Olio dinner event was the first special dinner event for this year. The menu included fresh homemade pastas as well some delicious entrees that were enjoyed by all.
April promises to be exciting as we have an “indoor BBQ “planned, catered by Lucille’s Bad to the Bone. Stay tuned for announcements on special events and speakers.
We continue the make process in the transition of responsibilities to the newly elected officers and trustees. Our key committees have been populated and we look to you for help as members on all of the committees.
We will strive to provide an enjoyable experience to all members while meeting the charitable mission of the Order. My personal gratitude to all for your support.
